Issuing ReportAlerts

General

ReportAlert.info will send an email announcement (the 'ReportAlert') on behalf of the client company ('the company') to the specified list of stakeholders, on a specified date, for the current fee and currency as stated on the www.ReportAlert.info website on the date of the agreement.

Full guidelines for creating your ReportAlert text are available here.

ReportAlert.info reserves the right to edit the ReportAlert text, if it does not follow these guidelines. Any edited text will be sent to the company for review.

Sending amendment emails

If for any reason outside the control of ReportAlert a ReportAlert email has to be re-sent, and the company requests this (for example, the company weblink does not function / the company email contact address does not function, and an explanation needs to be sent to all ReportAlert recipients) then the full fee again becomes payable.

The Client takes full responsibility for the functioning of their own website, the accuracy of the information contained in their ReportAlert, and any issues arising from the inclusion of irregular characters or weblinks in the ReportAlert.

Invoice arrangements, late payments
Invoices are payable immediately, and not later than 30 days from date of invoice. Interest at 5% above Bank of England base rate may be charged for payments not received within this period.
